Return Policy and Conditions

 

Drive2Wellness, Inc.  values our customers and your satisfaction is important to us. The quality of our products and customer service are the foundation of our business.  For any manufacturer's defective product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 15 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. 

During the holidays, items shipped between November 21st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Refunds for returns usually take about 2-3 weeks.
